You can read the website without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with ChatGPT, the hosting service provides ETE with an account identifier and your sign-in email. ETE uses the identifier to retrieve your saved choices and profile. Your email is shown in your profile but is not stored in ETE’s profile database. ETE does not receive your ChatGPT password.

Following a company or requesting research saves your account identifier, the company, your choice and its date. Optional profile fields include your name, username, birth year, gender, investment experience and preferences. You can also save a profile photograph and notification preferences. These details are not displayed publicly.

Saved choices support your Following list and research requests. Aggregate request counts may inform coverage priorities and discussions with companies, without identifying individual readers. Saving notification preferences does not subscribe you to a mailing list; the website currently sends no automated email or on-site notifications.

OpenAI Sites hosts this website using Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting service processes technical information to deliver pages, maintain security and provide traffic statistics, including visitor and page-view counts. ETE has not added a separate advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting and sign-in services may use cookies and process connection information under their own privacy notices.

Some pages load a TradingView price widget directly from TradingView. When it loads, your browser connects to that provider, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Following an external link or opening a sharing service also takes you to a separate provider. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area; their privacy notices explain their processing and transfer arrangements.

We use account identifiers, saved choices and optional profile details to provide the account services you request. We rely on our legitimate interests to operate and protect the website and understand its use through aggregate traffic statistics. Profile information is not used to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Follows and research requests remain saved until you remove them. Optional profile fields can be cleared, and a profile photograph can be deleted or replaced. Signing out does not erase saved data. Hosting and external-service records are subject to those providers’ retention policies.
